About use, installation, and warranty

[About use]

  • Although we strive to produce products of high quality, this work is extremely delicate.
    Please give me warm consideration.
  • If you lift only the painted part of the outer frame with excessive force, the outer frame may come off.
    When lifting the work, please lift it gently so as to wrap it around the entire piece.
  • Please place a carpet or other rug on the floor that is in contact with the artwork. Prevents scratches on the floor and dirt on products
    (A cushioning material is pasted on the ground surface of the work just in case.)
  • When moving your work, fold it appropriately to make it easier to move, and do not drag it on the floor.
    Gently lift the sides of BIOMBO and carry it.
  • Please do not apply adhesive tape directly to the work. This may cause discoloration or peeling of the surface.
  • Especially for 4-sided ones like platinum grade, you can stabilize the whole thing by widening the middle part first. By opening it in order from the right side to the left side, you can display it safely and stably.

[About installation]

  • Do not use in unstable locations with slopes or steps. Please use it horizontally on a flat surface.
    Shaking or falling may cause the work to become deformed.
    *Height adjustment cushioning material is included to absorb unevenness on the floor surface, so please use it as necessary.
  • Please use with caution in areas where the wind blows. Strong winds may occur and the product may be blown away, causing it to collapse or be damaged.
  • Do not use the product in locations exposed to direct sunlight or spot lighting for long periods of time, locations subject to high heat near air-conditioning equipment, or locations with high humidity. Doing so may cause fading, deformation, or mold on the work.
  • Be sure to avoid using it near open flames such as stoves. Doing so may cause a fire.

[About warranty]

  1. We guarantee the BIOMBO main unit for one year from the date of delivery.
    We strive every day to deliver the highest quality interior products to our customers, but in the unlikely event that a product is defective, we will repair it in accordance with the provisions stated in this warranty.
  2. If a problem occurs during the warranty period under conditions of use according to [Installation] and [Usage], we will repair it free of charge.
    Please note that the following items are not covered by the warranty, regardless of how they are used, due to the nature of the materials used in the work.
    • The color of the upholstery art materials, slight wrinkles, peeling, lifting, etc. that occur due to the upholstery work *The seams of the pattern matching are carefully done by skilled craftsmen. We put a lot of effort into creating it). We kindly ask for your understanding and understanding regarding slight deviations in the joints during construction due to pattern matching.
    • Marks, scratches, dirt, etc. that may occur on the work due to the movement of the work after delivery.
  3. The warranty regarding this work is limited to the scope of repair or replacement of the work, and the warranty does not cover any inconvenience, emotional distress, or other incidental damages resulting from defects.
  4. In the following cases, we will repair the product for a fee even within the warranty period.
    • Defects caused by transportation, movement, dropping, etc. after delivery.
    • Wear of consumable parts or problems caused by it
    • Malfunctions caused by fire, earthquake, lightning, wind and flood damage, or other natural disasters.
    • Defects caused by repairs by someone other than us
    • Product defects caused by events not attributable to our responsibility
    • If you do not present the warranty card enclosed at the time of purchase *This warranty card will not be reissued, so please keep it in a safe place.
